A TENNIS TRAINING
In order to fully understand the reasons for choosing tennis with a coach from our club,
you must understand what a tennis training entails. A minimum training includes warm-up and the tennis lessons. Your coach will do exercises and encourage you to participate in matches to perfect either your forehand and backhand strokes or to increase your mobility on the court. In addition, a training with us includes other aspects depending on your level of play, such as:
